PISIMO'TO VILLAGE

Pisimo'to village is on the southern coast of Choiseul Province.  The village has both United church and an SDA village. The United church segment of the village is on the hill and the Adventist segment of the village is on the lowland, near the sea.

The nearest Hospital is Sasamunga Hospital which is about 35 minutes away by 30HP outboard motors.  The nearest airstrip is at Taro island, which is about 1 hour 15 minutes away by 30HP outboard motor.

The SDA families in the village normally walk to Tuno'e village every Sabbath for worship.  It normally takes 25 minutes walk along the beach to Tunoe village.
